Owner of Sawtooth Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworks
Stephanie was born in a small town in Washington State, where she grew up exploring the outdoors with her brothers and playing every sport she could sign up for. After graduating high school in 2006, she was accepted into college for fire service, but unfortunately a bad accident ended her firefighting career before it began. Her injuries from the accident required physical therapy, along with some chiropractic work and massage to get her on the mend.
In 2010, Stephanie moved to the Treasure Valley and was living an active lifestyle, yet still couldn’t understand her lingering pain issues. She decided to go back to school to receive her license in Massage Therapy – not only did she want to find solutions to her own pain, but she felt the desire to help others in similar, or even worse condition than she was. Stephanie graduated Massage Therapy School at Carrington College in December of 2018 and was officially licensed in 2019.
Stephanie loves working with clients from all walks of life, whether it be an athlete in need of pain relief for improved strength and performance, an high-stress worker seeking therapeutic relaxation, or anyone in-between. Stephanie believes the mind-body connection plays a huge role in our path to healing, and is thrilled to be your partner in helping you achieve it!
